Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we'll also pay for the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that it may take up to four weeks to receive your refund. This includes the time it takes for the return shipment to reach us (5 to 10 business days), the time for us to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping/Fulfillment:

We can ship to almost any address in the world. However, please note that there may be restrictions on some products, and certain products may not be eligible for international shipping.

When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items you ordered, and the shipping options available at that time. Please keep in mind that shipping date estimates may vary depending on the shipping provider you choose.

It's important to note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. You can find the weight of each item on its product detail page. Please also be aware that shipping companies use dimensional weight to calculate shipping costs for larger items. This means that if an item has a low weight but is bulky, the shipping cost may be higher than expected. To ensure accurate pricing, we will round up the weight of all items to the next full pound, per shipping company policies.
