Lifetime Warranty

 Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the original purchaser of the Endura Cube Archery Target. This warranty is non-transferable. 

To be eligible for the lifetime warranty, it is recommended to follow the "Three-Sided Method" for using the Endura Cube Archery Target:

• Three-Sided Method:
  • Select three of the six sides of the Endura Cube as the shooting faces.
  • The shooting faces must be completely shot out to where a 2-inch reticle cannot be placed on each of the three shooting faces.
  • Complete the warranty approval form and provide three pictures of each shot-out face.

1.  Fill Out the Warranty Approval Form: Available on our website.
2. Attach Required Pictures: Showing the shot-out faces.
3. Choose a Warranty Option:

• Option 1: Repair Kit
  • We will send you a repair kit made of the same Enduro Foam that the Endura Cube is made of.
  • The approval process and shipping can take up to two weeks.
  • You will need to cover the flat-rate shipping cost.
• Option 2: Target Repair
  • You send us your target, and we will repair it using the same Enduro Foam.
  •  Approval process and shipping can take 4 to 6 weeks.
  • You will need to cover the flat rate shipping cost.
  •  Follow the provided instructions for sending the target to us.

• Damage to the handle in any way.
• Weather damage, including sun rot, water damage, and insect damage.
• Damage from pests and animals.

 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Primal Pursuit, LLP shall not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or any breach of this warranty, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or any other commercial or economic loss. 

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho. 

Primal Pursuit, LLP reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this lifetime warranty at any time without prior notice. The terms and conditions applicable to your warranty are those in effect on the date of purchase.
